During the first appointment, your financial counselor will help you:
  • take an overall assessment of financial needs and determine how they can help.
  • set financial goals.
  • create an service plan to help you meet your goals. 
After the first appointment, your financial counselor will: 
  • check in on your achievements based on your service plan from the previous session.
  • address other financial concerns you may have.
  • assist with setting new financial goals based on progress made.
