The GMFEC, located at 1355 Lynnfield Rd, Bldg B, Ste 101, in East Memphis, will have an on-site operations manager provided by RISE Foundation, certified financial counselors, and administrative staff to assist with scheduling financial counseling appointments. It is designed to be a resource center for Shelby County citizens in need of information and financial counseling. The counselors will also travel to various co-location partner sites throughout the County for the convenience of citizens.
